At L’Oursin, he creates a distinctive, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, now awarded its first star in the 2026 Michelin Guide, celebrating an approach that is sensitive, precise, and deeply rooted in its local heritage.

The gourmet restaurant L'Oursin welcomes you on Fridays and Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Our restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. From Tuesday, June 2 through Saturday, September 26, L'Oursin will be open seven days a week for dinner only.
