Having honed his skills with some of the world's finest, notably under the direction of chef Sylvestre Wahid**, Ilane Tinchant has continued to hone his skills and multiply his undeniable talent tenfold. Today, he is in charge of the kitchens at Hôtel Bleu's gourmet restaurant, L'Oursin.

We are proud to announce that L\'Oursin has been awarded two toques by Gault&Millau, in recognition of our passion for culinary excellence and our commitment to offering you a unique taste experience.\nOur establishment has also been distinguished as a "Table de Maître" by the Guide Boullenger, an award that underlines our expertise and the quality of our products.

The gourmet restaurant L\'Oursin welcomes you from Tuesday to Saturday, from 12h to 14h and from 19h30 to 21h00. Our restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
